FAQ
Question: Can you clip it onto a saddlebag?
Answer: Might need some tape… I would buy two… One for each side…
They work great thoo..
Question: Can you attach this to a helmet?
Answer: You could, I guess. But I think that would screw up the brakelight
function. The sensor is best detecting linear acceleration/deceleration.
I think your head movements would be tripping the brakelight all the time.
Question: Is the tail light visible during daylight hours? What about in full sun?
Answer: Yes but when in Automatic mode, it will turn off after 10 seconds if it’s
daylight. Wish there was an option to have it always on when motion
is detected.
Question: does the lights change when braking in solid mode? Like does it get brighter when braking if the light is set to just solid and not flashing
Answer: Iyt goes solid when stopping
Question: how do I know when it is fully charged?
Answer: On the Back of the light, when plugged in. Will be a Green/White light to let you know when it’s fully charged.
Question: Could someone easily steal this with wire cutters or a pocket knife?
Answer: Yep, sure could – in fact if they just wanted the light without the bracket it just unscrews. But a Garmin computer can be stolen with just a 90 degree twist to unlock it from the bracket, the front light can be slide right out of the holder by pressing down on a single lever or button. It’s very rare that I’m not within sight of my bicycle at all times but even then someone could quickly lift up and run off with my road bicycle (or even my trainer) and I certainly couldn’t chase them down with cleated shoes. But yes, and the tie straps can be cut
Question: When USB charging is the light suppose to be blinking????
Answer: My does too and stops blinking when charged.
