Shipping policy

We accept global customer orders, about 7-15 days, if there is a delay, we will notify the buyer in time.

Typically orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from when your order is placed unless there is a good reason for delay. Some products are built on demand and may take longer to process. You will receive a shipping notification email when your order is processed and we will notify you within 48 hours if any products are back-ordered or out of stock.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday 8am to 3pm PT

Orders received after 12pm PT are processed for shipping the following day

Orders over $50 will ship free via Yosky-determined ground service.

Yosky will select the most cost effective and reliable shipping solution for international and domestic standard shipping orders.

Due to planned holiday related closures, Yosky will not ship on the following dates:
