Q: How do know when red,tail light is fully charged?

A: As each 1/4 section charges, the respective light flashes and then stays lit when charged. All four lights stay lit with no flashing.

Q: Is it possible to aim the rechargeable led bicycle lights down after install? I don't want to blind everyone in front of me.

A: The bracket of the bicycle lights front and rear can be 360 degree rotation, so you can adjust the light so that it won't blind others.

Q: How many lumens (brightness output) for the front light? Is it waterproof?

Q: Is the rear light brake sensing?

A: No, it is not. Both rear lights are independent and are mounted with a small stretch/rubber strap with holes. One is a small battery operated round light with red lense that has options for blinking and the other is a rechargeable small bar of blinking LED’s. Both are bright and very good quality.

A: The smallest diameter can be 2 CM
