Q: Are the 18650 batteries removable?

A: POWER by 2pcs building in Panasonic battery, it can not move. lifespan

Q: Can the flashlight still be used while it's connected to a power source, i.e. charging? want to connect it to my pev's batteries.

A: This bike headlight is so powerful that it cannot be used while contected to a power bank. You need to pull out the type-c, and then, it can be used.
